Our client-led approach means our clients decide when, where, and how they ask for help and receive it. This not only makes our help easily accessible, but helps to build trust with our clients, as they can steer things at their own pace, there is no pressure.
We want to empower you
We believe that the goal of all counselling assistance should be to enable the client to require less external help in future, by empowering them to a point where they are able to take control of their circumstances. We want to equip you with information, guidance, resources, and confidence, so that you will be armed to cope with any issues that come your way. Our methodology is based around providing you with resources for personal development and self-confidence in all facets of your life, including career, relationships, parenting, education, change, and conflict management.
We will never turn you away
The hardest thing about dealing with any mental health crisis is the feeling that you are alone. That feeling of isolation is what usually sets you on a downward spiral, one that you can't escape without a helping hand. We will ensure you are never alone, by being available outside of business hours and online, because your mental health isn't governed by time or place. If the help you need is outside of our scope and capabilities, we will always refer you to someone that can best serve your needs. Our priority is your well-being, every time.
